The knitting shop just finished knitting us these awesome, gross cowls. We worked with the knitting shop for a really long time on their look, height and dimensions and we are very proud of them. This chunky beanie is knitted from 100% merino wool with the Extra fine label. It's soft and really warm. It fits beautifully with winter coats and warm down jackets. Great with a neck warmer and gloves.
It has no fixed fold height, its total height when unstretched is 23cm. And it is suitable for both ladies and gentlemen.

Merino extra fine
Merino Extra Fine yarn is woven from fine fibers of 100% merino wool, obtained from free-range sheep. Merino Extra Fine is soft and pleasant in contact with the skin. The yarn we use meets Oeko-Tex certificates and RWS certification.

Wool is a luxurious natural fiber. It contains lanolin, which provides natural protection. Woolen garments therefore don’t need to be washed as often as those made from other materials. It’s enough to store them properly, air them out frequently, and a quick pass with a steamer iron works well to refresh them.
Wool deserves this care. You’ll be rewarded with its durability, excellent performance, breathability, and natural temperature regulation.
If you do decide to wash wool, soak it in lukewarm water with a drop of wool-specific laundry gel. Do not distort the garment in any way after washing it this way. Simply use a towel to squeeze out the excess water and let it dry flat. A clothes drying rack works well, as it ensures airflow even from the underside.
