Nico are our elegant women’s Bermuda shorts. They’re based on the popular Bela pant style, but we’ve shortened them to knee length and selected luxurious deadstock fabrics for them. Each pair is unique—the lightweight pink wool was produced in limited quantities just for true connoisseurs. We discovered the gray heathered stripe in a deadstock warehouse and were totally thrilled with it—it’s light, cool, beautifully drapey, yet durable, and most importantly, wrinkle-resistant. So it’s perfect for packing in a suitcase :) Last but not least is the khaki version made from a linen-viscose blend, also originally from deadstock. If you’re hesitating between sizes, go for the smaller one. If you’re already familiar with our Bela pants cut, the same size will fit you. We’ll tailor the length to your measurements. The bottom hem is finished with a covered stitch.
Beta We are still fine-tuning our size recommendations. If the size does not fit, please let us know.
Enter your body measurements in centimetres. We will compare them with the measurements of this cut.
Bust: tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
Hips: around the fullest part of your bottom, feet together.
Height: without shoes. We use it to estimate the length of the trouser legs.
Saved measurements help others too: when you rate your purchase later, we use them anonymously to recommend sizes to customers with a similar figure. Nobody else will see your name or your measurements.

A large portion of the fabrics we use comes from deadstock—that is, leftover fabrics produced in Italy to the highest possible quality. Italians have traditionally excelled in the production of luxury wools, coat fabrics, poplins, and other materials. We primarily use these fabrics to make pants, shirts, and coats. We enjoy working with leftover materials and giving them a new lease on life.
At the same time, wool fabrics teach us about the incredible versatility of wool—it’s not just warm and for winter. Thanks to various treatments, wool clothing can be worn year-round; you just need to choose the right piece.
