Zigzag is a new addition to our range of men's merino sweaters. It is wonderfully warm, smooth, and knitted from 100% merino wool. A subtle jacquard pattern with deconstructed lines adds a touch of detail. Somewhere between the lines you will find YP :) The cut is slightly oversized and elongated. A beautiful and valuable sweater that remains timeless across seasons.
David in the photos is 185 cm tall and is wearing a size L.

Merino extra fine
Merino Extra Fine yarn is woven from fine fibers of 100% merino wool, obtained from free-range sheep. Merino Extra Fine is soft and pleasant in contact with the skin. The yarn we use meets Oeko-Tex certificates and RWS certification.
Vše začíná tady. Vysázet vzor v programu. Je to krutej pixelart :)
Disketou se program přenese na japonský pletací stroj. Krásný kousek z let devadesátých.
Špulky s Merino vlnou v kvalitě Superfine. Nebo-li líp už to nejde!
Cívky s vlnou se založí na stroj do připravených vodičů. Velín jaderné elektrárny, kokpit airbusu a pletací stroj jsou pro laika podobně nepochopitelné.
A jde se na to!
Po upletení se musí každý díl napařit
Aby vlákna změkla a lépe držela tvar
Narovnat, zkontrolovat zda je vše jak má být, a svetr se už začíná klubat.
Z pletacího stroje sice vypadne téměř hotový díl svetru, ale některé části jako průkrčník a průramek je třeba dostříhnout v ruce.
Merino je velmi drahý materiál, takže práce s ním vyžaduje přesnou ruku, velké zkušenosti a pevné nervy..Prostě dvakrát měř, jednou stříhej.
A jde se šít! V tomto případě na podobném stroji jako používáme v naší dílně na šaty a trička.
Co má tahle mašina společného se slivovicí?
Řetízkuje! S řetízkující slivovicou se na Moravě se ctí popere kde kdo, ale s řetízkovacím strojem jen zkušené ruce. Majitel dílny si povzdechne, že školy nejsou a zájem o ruční práci upadá.
Očko po očku... trefit se přesně tak, aby díly svetru přesně navazovaly.
Do dílny pravidelně jezdíme a konzultujeme všechny střihy a jejich úpravy

Wool is a luxurious natural fiber. It contains lanolin, which provides natural protection. Woolen garments therefore don’t need to be washed as often as those made from other materials. It’s enough to store them properly, air them out frequently, and a quick pass with a steamer iron works well to refresh them.
Wool deserves this care. You’ll be rewarded with its durability, excellent performance, breathability, and natural temperature regulation.
If you do decide to wash wool, soak it in lukewarm water with a drop of wool-specific laundry gel. Do not distort the garment in any way after washing it this way. Simply use a towel to squeeze out the excess water and let it dry flat. A clothes drying rack works well, as it ensures airflow even from the underside.
