How to measure yourself
Bust: tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: at the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
Hips: around the fullest part of your bottom, feet together.
Height: without shoes. We use it to estimate the length of the trouser legs.
Saved measurements help others too: when you rate your purchase later, we use them anonymously to recommend sizes to customers with a similar figure. Nobody else will see your name or your measurements.

Material info
Bio cotton
Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemical sprays using natural laws. Natural biodiversity, crop rotation and compost fertilization keep the soil healthy and full of nutrients. Instead of chemicals, weeds are prevented by simple skinning and hoeing, mulching, more efficient irrigation, growing more species of plants together. Natural insecticides are used and various practices (eg planting of certain crops) promote the occurrence of natural enemies of pests. Flowers are often harvested by hand or in a more gentle way and without the use of chemicals to defoliate plants.
How we print our t-shirts
It all starts with mixing a specific shade.
This is quite a lab, because hitting the exact Pantone shade when printing with water-based inks can take a while.
Sometimes a book of swatches from previous designs helps.
The key things are the films that are exposed onto the screen. Each film is one screen, and each screen is one colour.
It is also important to fine-tune the position of the print on the t-shirt.

Our printer loves his work and leaves nothing to chance.

The screen is placed on the fabric and the ink is pushed into the shirt with a squeegee
This is repeated for each colour until the finished artwork appears!
The printed t-shirts go through a tunnel where the ink is cured, so it lasts through lots of washes without fading :)
And don't forget to support your local printer. It is a hard, time-consuming craft and handmade is still the best. We try to do just that with every print :)
